I started with a background in Computer Programming, where I was introduced to the basics of web development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases. At that time, I didn’t know yet that those skills would later become part of my work in eCommerce and website design.

After graduation, I spent six years working in the UAE as an Administrative Assistant for H&M Group, supporting teams across different locations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Europe, and other countries. That experience trained me to be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable when handling tasks, communication, and daily operations.

Today, I use both my technical background and administrative experience to help business owners, online sellers, and freelancers build a cleaner and more professional online presence through website design, Shopify support, product listing, content creation, and basic marketing support.

Through Rachelle Store Studio, my goal is to create websites and online stores that are not only visually clean, but also easy to navigate, organized, and aligned with the needs of each brand.
